Person (s) of the year: Barack Obama is a given because he has inspired so many people globally, to change their views, to be great and excellent in whatever capacity..and the role model he has provided for young, black, and abandoned black males like myself, who were raised by grandparents, is without a doubt commendable beyond words could say....with that being said, I believe that it is best that we exclude him from this category, because he has inspired the best in all of us to be the best persons we can be.
Therefore, my person (s) of the year is: Michelle Obama, Shawn Carter, Sean Combs, Mary J. Blige, Kevin Lyles, The Canvassers, the Students for Barack Obama orgs, THE HIP-HOP COMMUNITY!, and every person of this young generation who rallied behind this cause to bring change to America, and to make this imperfect union more perfect.

Thanks for the love. I am inspired by the verse. It touches my spirit (no mushy stuff) to actually be comfortable with who am I, while still tryin to be what God has called me to be. 2009 is definitely the year to START ministry and to block out everything that makes you wanna run.
